The Question was put weither or not ye: Parrish Right
be Defended against ye: Impropriation itt was carried
in the Affarmative

Resolved that the committe Chosen November the13th
1705 be a committe to Defend ye: Rights of ye: Parrish
with ye: Impropriator & that they have power to
Defend all sutes Now Depending wth: him att the
Charge of the Parrish or to compose all Differences
