At a meeteing of the Ancients of the Pish in the Vestery Roome
whose Names are under Written; it was then Voated and agreed
unto, that Wee Doe grant to Mr Edmond Belitha< no role > (as far as in us
lyeth) to give him the liberty of makeing a fence four foot
in the Church Yard Ground for the Securing the Materialls for
his Building for one twelve Moneths from the Date here of
not hindering our Buring the Dead
