At this Vestry the Accounts of the Receipts and Disbursements
Price Mr. Myers and Mr. Atkinson late Renter Churchwardens were
approved of and there appears to have been received for the Use of the [..]
by them the Sume of three hundred and thirty Eight Pounds Seven [..]
Six pence And to have been disbursed the Sum of Three hundred and [..]
two Shillings and Six pence three farthings so that there is due from
the Parish the Ballance of the said Account the Sum of Twenty [..]
Four Shillings and Eleven pence farthing

The Churchwardens acquainted the Vestry that the Lead
House in Houndsditch formerly granted to Mr. Sussex was Expired
day last And that the same were in a very ruinous Condition and [..]
be repaired

Whereupon it was ordered that the Renter Churchwardens
forthwith Advertize the same to be Lett for a Building Lease not [..]
Sixty one Years and that they do Summons the Feoffees of the
Lands to meet in the Vestry to receive Proposals for the same [..]
