At a Meeting of the Guardians field
in the Workhouse the 26th day of March
1783

Present

Mr: John Taylor< no role > Churchwarden
Mr: Edward Gibbs< no role > Guardian

The Master of the Workhouse reported That Mary Ann
Phelps was
< no role > sent to Nurse Allen's at Plaistow the 18th day of
February last - That William Frazer< no role > remains in the
Workhouse - That Mary Marchant< no role > and John Marchant< no role >
were discharged with their Parents the 20th. day of said.
February - And That Benjamin Lewis< no role > was discharged
with his Mother the 18th: Instant

The Master likewise reported that Elizabeth Hughes< no role > a
Bastard aged four Months and Six Days was admitted
into the Workhouse the 27 day of February last.

Ordered that the said William Frazer and Elizabeth
Hughes remain in the Workhouse till the next Meeting

At a Meeting of the Guardians held in
the Workhouse the 4th. day of June 1783

The Master of the Workhouse reported that William Frazer< no role >
mentioned in the Minutes of the last Meeting of the Guardians
was discharged with his Parents the 7th. day of May last
And that Elizabeth Hughes< no role > mentioned also in the said Minutes
died in the Workhouse the 22d day of said May
