Charles Kennedy< no role > maketh oath that he
was heretofore hired and lived as a yearly hired Servant
by & with Mr Samuel Road< no role > a Farmer in that part of
Hoxton which is in the Parish of St John Hackney in
the Said County and Continued in such Service under
Such hiring at Certain Wages for the Space of about
Sixteen Years and has not Since lived as a hired Servant
for the Space of a year elsewhere nor rented a house
of Ten Pounds a year or upwards or Served any Parish
office or paid any Poors rates or Kings Taxes or done
any Act to gain a subsequent settlement
