Ann Weatherhead< no role > the wife of
Thomas Weatherhead< no role > maketh oath that She has
been informed by her sd husband & which She believes
to be true that divers Years ago he was hired & lived
as a hired Servant by & with a Certain Gentle woman
(whose name She has forgot) in the Parish of
Chelsea in the County of Middx at Certain Wages
& Continued in such service under Such hiring
at Certain Wages for the Space of two years & has
not since done any Act to gain a subsequent
Settlement to this deponts Knowledge or belief
& that She was lawfully married to her Sd husband
in Shoreditch Church about three years & three
months ago.
