Mary Judd< no role > the widow of William
Judd
< no role > deced maketh oath that she has been informed
by her said late husband & which she believes to be true
that he was duly bound to & Served the whole of his
Apprenticeship with one Captain Rawlinson in
the Parish of St Ann in the County of Middlesex
That her said husband did not afterwards to her
Knowledge or belief rent a house of Ten Pounds a
year or upwards or serve any Parish office or Pay
any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or do any Act to
gain a Settlement Subsequent to his Apprenticeship
That she was married to her said husband at the
Fleet before the late Marriage Act took effect & has
not Since her Sd husbands death done any Act to
gain a Settlement for herself
