which She was delivered in the Workhouse belonging to
& Situate in the Said parish of St Botolph without Aldgate on
the tweltth day of April now last past the which child
hath been Since Captised & registred by the name of William
Storey

to the Said parish of St Botolph with out Aldgate She this
Examinant being Poor & not able to provide for the Same
That the Said James Fleming< no role > is the true & only father of
the Said child that this Examination is Voluntary & that
She hath not been Compelled to be examined by any person or
persons whomsoever.

nor doth he know or believe nor hath he ever been informed
Whether he the Said Thomas Storey< no role > hath ever been in any
part of Great Britain or Ireland Since his departure from
London as aforesaid nor doth this Depont know whether he
the Said Thomas Storey< no role > is now living or dead
