Henrietta Maria Francis< no role > maketh oaththe widow of
John Francis< no role > deced maketh oath that her Said late husband has
informed her & which she believes to be true That he was duly bound
apprentice to & served the Whole thereof With one Christopher Sadler< no role >
in the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in Westminster in the
County of Middx Perukemaker & by means thereof he gained a legal
Settlement there That to this Deponents knowledge or belief her Said
late husband did not subsequent to such his apprenticeship Rent a
house of the yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds nor serve any
Parish office or pay any Poors Rate or Kings Taxes or do any
Act to gain a subsequent settlement That she this Deponent since
her Said husbands Death hath not done any Act to gain a settlement
in her own right and that she hath two Children namely Jane aged< no role >
about Two years & seven Months & Elizabeth Aged< no role > about one Year
the lawful Issue of this Deponent by her Said late husband to whom
She was lawfully married at the Parish Church of Saint Margaret
in Westminster .
