Ann Carmichael< no role > maketh oath That about three
years ago a Marriage or Pretended Marriage was Celebrated
between this Deponent and one Thomas Cusser< no role > in the Parish
Church of St. Botolph without Aldgate London That sometime
after She this Deponent was informed and verily believes the
Same to be true That at the time Such marriage was Celebrated as
abovementioned He the Said Thomas Cusser was lawfully married
to a Certain woman whose Maiden name was Clare Varnum< no role >
and who as this Depont. has been informed & believes is still living
That She this Depont. hath had two children by the Said Thomas
Cusser both of whom are yet living to wit Mary aged< no role > about
two years & a Quarter who was born in Beach Lane in the Parish
of St. Giles Cripplegate in the City of London & was Baptized and
registred in the Parish Church of Saint Botolph witht Aldgate
aforedsaid by the name of Mary Cusser and the other of Such
children who is Aged about Six months was born in Golden
Lane in the Parish of St. Luke in the County of Middlesex and
was there Baptized by the name of Thomas Cusser< no role > both of
Which Children are as this Deponent is advised illegitmate for
the reasons before given by this Deponent
