[..] Henry Bulbrook< no role > maketh oath That several
Years ago his late sister Mary Bullbrook< no role > deced
Married one Michael Phipps< no role > deced by whom she had
a Child who is now living Namely Elizabeth Phipps< no role >
aged about Ten Years And this Depont. Saith That he
Cannot in any wise set forth or discover the Place of
Settlement of the said Michael Phipps< no role > But this Depont
Saith that his said late sister before her Marriage with
the sd. Michael Phipps< no role > her said late husband was as this
Depont. has been informed & believes hired & lived as a hired
Servant by the year with one Mr Tutop a Distiller in the
Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . in the County of Middx
and Continued there in Such Service for Divers Years & by
Means thereof gained a legal Settlement there And this
Depont Saith that to his knowledge or belief his Said
Sister never afterwards did any Act to gain a
Subsequent Settlement Except what She Might gain
by Means of her Marriage with the Sd. Michael Phipps< no role >
whose Place of Settlement is unknown to this Depont
And the Sd. Elizabeth Phipps< no role > hath not done any Act to
gain a Settlement in her own right
