The Voluntary Examination of Jane Dixon< no role > of
the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the
County of Middlesex Single woman taken on oath
before me one of his Majesties Justies of [..]
Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
thisDay of June 1770.

Who upon her Oath Saith That upon the Seventh Day of
May last in the said Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate she this Examinant was delivered of a Male
Bastard Child and that the said Male Bastard Child [..]
likely to become chargeable to the said Parish of saint
Botolph without Aldgate and that Samuel Rutter< no role > of
the Parish of Hampstead in the said County of Middlesex
Baker did get her with child of the Said Bastard
Child which child hath been since Baptized and
Registred by the name of James Dixon< no role >
