Frances Robertson< no role > Singlewoman Maketh oath
That divers years ago she was hired and lived as a hired
servant by the year with one Mr Lane a Merchant in
Scotch yard in the Parish of St. Mary Bothaw in the
City of London and continued in such Service for the Space
of three years at the yearly wages of Five Pounds and
by means thereof as she is advised gained a legal settlem [..]
there and this Depont. Saith that she hath not since lived
as a hired Servant for a year nor Rented a house of the yearly
Rent or value of Ten Pounds nor Paid any Poors Rates
or Kings Taxes nor hath the been ever Married Nor to her
knowledge or belief hath She done any Act to gain a
Settlement Subsequent to her Servitude as above
