Anthony Duess< no role > Maketh oath That Divers Years ago
he rented a house in the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex at the Rent of Seventeen
Pounds by the Year and Continued therein for Ten years
and was rated to and Paid all Parochial Taxes for the
Same and by means thereof as he is advised gained a legal
Settlement there And this Dapont. Saith that he has not since
rented a house of Ten Pounds a year or upwards Nor served
any Parish offices nor Paid any Poors Rates or Kings
Taxes nor to his knowledge or belief hath he done any
Act Whereby to gain a subsequent Settlement And that he
hath a Wife named Ann< no role >
