William Perry< no role > singleman maketh oath That divers
Years ago he was hired and lived as a hired servant by the Year
at the Yearly Wages of Ten Pounds with one John Carter< no role >
in Thames Street in the Parish of St. Dunstan in the East
in the City of London and Continued in such Service for
the Space of a year and upwards and by Means thereof as
he is advised gained a legal settlement there And this Depont.
Saith that he hath not since lived as a hired servant for a
Year nor rented a house of Ten Pounds a Year or upwards
or served any Parish office or Paid any Poors Rates
or Kings Taxes Nor to his knowledge or belief hath he
done any Act whereby to gain a settlement since his sd.
