Who on her Oath Saith that she is now with Child And that the
Said Child is likely to be born a Bastard and to be
Chargeable to the Said Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate And that one Samuel Kidd< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes within the Liberty
of Westminster in the said County of Middlesex
Cork Cutter is the Father of the Said Child.
