and to be Chargeable to ye said parish of St. Botolph
Witht Aldgate she not being able to provide for
the same And that the sd John Palmer< no role > is the true
& only father of the sd. Child or Children So likely
to be born a Bastard or Bastards as aforesd.
And lastly saith that this Examinacon is Voluntary
And that she hath not been forced or Compelled
to be examined by any person or persons whomsoever
