The minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed

The minutes of the House Committee of the 3d. Decemr and the 7th.
Janry last were read and confirmed whereby it appeared

That the Committee had recommended Timothy Tyrell< no role > Esqr . and
Sutton Sharpe< no role > Esqr . to be Governors of these Hospitals

That the Steward had reported that he had let all the premes at
Wapping lately on Lease to John Ash< no role > at the yearly Rent of £90.16.6

That an application had been made to the Committee by Mr. Thomas
Cartwright
< no role > on behalf of Mrs. Ann Andrew< no role > requesting that a Compensation
might be made her for the Cross of Oats and Barley which was on her
Farm at Lady day last when she quitted the same to Mr. D. Waldegrave
the present Tenant and that the Committee had resolved to allow her £40
as a recompence for the same

That the Committee had consented that Mr. Thomas Fletcher< no role > should
assign the Lease of his House in new Bridge Street to Mr. John
Schneider

And had Ordered that Wm. Briggs< no role > late Apprentice to Wm. Scripps< no role >
should be made free.

The minutes of the Prison Committee of the 18th. Decemr and the 14th.
