MayorA Common Council holden in the Chamber
of the Guildhall of the City of London on Tuesday the tenth
Day of February 1784The Common Councilmen of
the Several Wards of Bridge and Limestreet having met together
agreeable to the several Resolutions of this Court of the twentieth
of February 1783 did this Day present Mr William Curling of
the Ward of Bridge to be Governor of Bridewell and Bethlem
Hospitals in the room of Mr.

I take Liberty to recommend Thomas Forbes a Lunatic to

necessary to his admission he being a Scotchman and the usal
Certificates may not on that Account be attainable It is

Penalty of two Hundred Pounds with the usual Condition of
