Upon Reading the Resignation of Mr. Thomas Horne< no role > of his Staff
as a Governor of these Hospitals in the Words and figures following To
the Woeshipful the President treasurer and governors of Bridewell and
Bethlam Hospitals Gentlemen I desire leave to resign my Staff as a
Governor of these Hospitals and do hereby resign the same accordingly
Thos. Horne< no role > 16th. October 1777. and a Question being put that the
Said resignation be Accepted upon holding up of Hands it
unanimously passed in the Affirmative.

The Mintutes of the last Court were read and Confirmed Save
and except the two following resolutions relative to Mr. Horne that
is to say

That it is the Opinion of this Court that in future Mr. Thomas
Horne
< no role > be not Summoned to any Court or Committee of either of the
Hospitals of Bridewell or Bethlem .

That the President be desired to reprimand Mr. Thomas Horne< no role >
for his Misconduct.
