approved by this Committee All which is Submitted to the
Judgment of the Court and Ordered to be reported at the next
General Court "This Court having duly weighed & considered
the said Report doth agree with the said Committee therein &
doth Confirm the same

Upon Reading a Report from the House Committee
bearing date the 15th day of November Inst. under the Hands of
Nathl. Thomas< no role > Esqr . Aldn . treasurer Richd. Speed< no role > Esqr . Robt. Pott< no role > Esqr
and Mr. Richd Crowther< no role > in the Words and figures following" In
'Pursuance of an Order of Court of the 29th of May last
whereby it was Ordered that the Lincolnshire Receiver should
give Security himself and two Sureties Jointly and severally
Bound in £1000 The Sureties to be approved by the House
Committee and a General Court Mr. John Bourne< no role > Receiver of the
Estate in Lincolnshire proposed the following Gentlemen as his
Securities Vizt. George Bourne< no role > of South Orms by in the County
of Lincoln Gentleman and Henry Bourne< no role > of Dalby in the same
County Gentleman who are approved by this Committee all
which is nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of the Court Etc"
This Court having duly Weighed and Considered the said
Report doth agree with the said Committee therein and doth
Confirm the same.

Wainfleet St. Mary Curacy of
Vacancy declared


At this Court the Vacancy of the Curacy of Wainfleet Saint
Mary in the County of Lincoln by the death of the Revd . Mr.
Edward Bayly< no role > the late Incumbent was declared It is
Ordered that the Election be at the next General Court &
that Notice of such Election be inserted in the Summons's

to be a Govr.


Richard Tayler< no role > of Charlton House near Sunbury in the
County of Middlesex Esqr . being proposed by the Revd. Mr
Markham to be Elected a Governor of these Hospitals It is
Ordered that such Election shall be determined by a majority
of Votes at the next General Court and that Notice of such
Intended Election be inserted in the Summonses for such Court

At this Court Mr. treasurer reported that John Hiorne< no role >
Esqr . by this Will dated 5th. January 1775 Gave a Legacy of
£100 to Bethlem and Bridewell Hospitals.

Benjamin Wm. Humphryson< no role > Apprentice to Wm. Dell< no role > one
of the Artsmasters was brought up to the Court from Mathews
Holl where he had been Committed by Mr. treasurer for
