Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Henry Myers< no role >
Citizen and weaver Setting forth That he Served a part of his
Apprentiship to Edward Grinsell< no role > and the remaining part with
Thomas Reynolds< no role > Artsmasters of this Hospital by Indenture
dated the first day of June 1764 And by Order of Court of the 13th.
day of June 1771 was made free of this City the 18th. day of the
same Month And is set up for himself in his said Trade at
the Corner of New Inn Yard Hollywell Mount It is Ordered
That Henry Cranke< no role > Esqr Mr. Deputy Rogers & Mr Dep Saffory
or any two of them be desired to inquire if the said Henry Myers< no role >
be set up for himself in his Trade and of his hopefulness therein
& Report the same to the Court

King John, the like


Upon Reading the Humble Petition of John King< no role > Citizen
and weaver Setting forth That he Served his Apprentiship
in this Hospital to Thomas Dunn< no role > one of the Artsmasters by
Indenture dated the 13th. of March 1764 And by Order of Court
of the 13th. day of June last was made free of this City the 18th
day of the same Mont h And is set up for himself in his said
Trade at the Corner of Langthorne Court Little Bell Alley
Coleman Street It is Ordered that Mr Dep: Saffory Thos.

desired to Inquire if the said John King< no role > be set up for himself
in his Trade and of his hopefulness therein and Report the
same to the Court

Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Willm. Taubman< no role >
Citizen and weaver Setting forth That he Served his
Apprentiship in this Hospital to John Packer< no role > one of the
Artsmasters by Indenture dated the 9th day of March 1764
And by Order of Court of the 13th. day of June last was made
free of this City the 18th day of the same Month and is set
up for himself in his Trade at No.1 Little Knight Rider
Street Doctors Commons Praying Mr Fowkes Gift It is
Ordered that Henry Major< no role > Esq John Rivington< no role > Esqr and
Mr William Henshaw< no role > or any two of them be desired to inquire
if the said William Taubman< no role > be set up for himself in his Trade
& of his hopefulness therein and Report the same to the Court

to the Precinct of Bridewell the Parish Officers of Belfound in the
County of Middlesex having refused to Grant the said John
Perry
< no role > a Certificate of his Settlement Notwithstanding his Futher
was an Inhabitant Legally Settled therein and ran the said
John Perry< no role > hath acquired no other Legal Settlement than under
his Father
