Utility of the Artsmasters
and their Apprentices, the expediency of then
Continuation and what Reformation may be immediately necessary in
respect to the Apprentices to remove their Enormous Misbehaviour, and
Report the same with such other Matters as may Occur in the Course of
their Inquiry with their Opinion thereon to this Court with the report
Expedition. And it is further Ordered that any five of the governors
above
mentioned shall make a committee And it is furthur Ordered that all
Appointments of Artsmasters
and Apprentices be discontinued till such
Tune as the Committee shall have made their Report
