Stocks New Trustees
Appointed to receive Davids.}


Whereas by an Order of this Court bearing date the 7th day of June 1757
It was Order'd that Sir Richard Glyn< no role > Knt. [..] & Alderman President
John Wallington< no role > Esq Treasurer and Joseph Ayliffe< no role > Esq Auditor General should
be Trustees for these Hospitals [..] In respect of the Stock belonging to
the said Hospitals respectively And Mr. Alderman Alsop was desired to
Transferr the Stocks in his Name Accordingly And Whereas the said
Joseph Ayliffe Esq. hath since resigned and relinguished his Office of
Auditor General so that the said Transferr cou'd not be made pursuant to the
said Order And Whereas William Sitwell< no role > Esq hath been Elected Auditor
General In his room and hath been pleased to Accept such Office.

It is Order'd That Mr. Sitwell Together with Sir Richard Glyn Knt & Bart.
Aldermant & President and John Wallington Esq Treasurer be Trustees for these
Hospitals In respect of the Stocks and Annuitys belonging to the said Hospitals
respectively And Mr. Alderman Alsop is desired to Transfer the Stocks
and Annuities now Standing in his Name alone or Jointly with any other
Person a Persons In Trust for these Hospitals to the President Treasurer and
Auditor General Accordingly And to receive the Dividends thereon and to pay
the same to Mr. Treasurer Wallington, And the said Joseph Ayliffe Esq the late
Auditor is also desired to Transferr the Stocks and Annuites now Standing in
his Name alone or Jointly with any other Person or Persons In Trust for these
Hospitals to the same Gentleman.

Clerks his bond Executed


At this Court a Bond Executed by Mr. John Woodhouse< no role > and Sir John Morgan< no role > Bart .
and William Pearce Hall< no role > Esq as his Suretys in the Penalty of Two Thousand
pounds for the Due and faithfull Discharge of his Duty as Clerk of these Hospls.
was deliver'd To the Right Worshipfull the president, And being read & approved
It is Order'd that the same bond be Deposited in the Hospitals Chest.

At this Court the Governors here after Named Vizt.

desired to provide a Dinner at their own bien Venue for the President, Treasurer &
Governors to Dine Together According to Antient Custom, And in Case any of the
Stewards Elected decline or refuse the same the Clerk is to Supplye the Number
in Course.
