Demised to the Petitioner Andre a Messe in Lymestreet Square
& a Vault
under if (part of No. 8
) To hold from Lady day 1751 for 21 Years which will Expire at
Lady Day 1772 at £60 P Ann rent clear of TaxesThat the Petr.
Andre hath Agreed to part with all his right Title & Interest of & in the sd.
Lease and premes to the Petitioner Marshall if the Governors please to
Accept a Surrender from the Petitioner Andre of the sd. Lease and to grant
a New Lease of the same premes to the Petitioner Marshall for the residue
of the said Term to come from last Lady day and the Petitioner Marshall
will Seal a Counter part thereofThis Court having Consider'd the
same Doth Order that the Petitioner Andre may Surrender his said Lease
And thereupon that a New Lease be made to the Petitioner Marshall Accordingly
