13 Years and £30 for the residue of the said Term which Expired at Midsumer 1756
(all which said premes are part of the Possions of Bridewell Hospital).

That the Petitioner is willing to take a Lease of the sd. premes in the Condition
they now are and to put em into Tenant able repair (with usual Corenants between
the Governors and their Tenants at Wapping (for 7¾ Years from Midsumer 1756 at
the Antient rent of £12. and an Increased rent of £43 P Ann clear of Taxes payable
Quarterly at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital and to Execute a Counterfort
of such LeaseAnd praying a Lease AccordinglyAnd Mr. Goodwin being
now called in proposed to pay for the Brew as use with the appurtes the Antient
rent of £12. P Ann and for the other house the Antient rent of £1 P Ann And
also to pay for both Together an Increased rent of £52 P Ann clear of Taxes
The Comittee are of Opinion to Accept the said proposal upon which the sd.
Mr. Goodwin gave 2 Guineas to the Poors box All which is Nevertheless
Submitted to the Judgment of the CourtThis Court having daly weighed &
Consider'd the said Report doth Confirm the same and Order that a Lease be
made to the said Timothy Goodwin Accordingly.
