Precinct London Coalmerchant was read as follows Vizt.To
take a Lease of the House in Occupation of Mr. Holditch (No. 36)
and of the House Adjoining (No. 37) formerly the Crookett Billet
in Bridewell Precinct for 21 years from Michas next at £10 P
Ann rent clear of Taxes and to pay Fine of £50 & to lay out
£250 in Necessary Repairs And to have the Key of the Crooked Billett
at the Concluding this Agreement and the Key of Mr Holditche's
House at Lady day nextAnd praying a Lease Accordingly
This Court doth Order that the sd. petition be referr'd to the
Comittee of this House to Consider thereof and Report their Opinion
thereon to the Court
