Occupation ofLumsden being the Eastermost house of the two formerly desired to

All which is Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of the CourtAnd It is Ordered the
Opinion be reported to the CourtThis Covert having duly Weighed & Considered
the said Report doth confirm the same And Order that a Lease be made to the

Wapping Street (No: 4) late in the Occupation ofHamilton being the Westermost
house of the two formerly demised for Saml. Bless & Abutting Westward on Martha Bailey< no role > (No. [..] )
and Northwards upon Bates (No: 3) at £6 P ann rent clear of Taxes & to repair himself
Whereupon the Comitte one of Opinion to Accept the said Proposal upon which the
said William Stevenson< no role > gave half a Guinea to the Poors boxAll which a nevertheless
Submitted to the Judgment of the CourtAnd it is Ordered this Opinion be Reported to
the CourtThis Court having duly Weighed & Considered the said Report
doth confirm the same And Order that a Lease be made to the said William
Stevenson
