payable quarterly at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital and to pay a Time of £100
and 10 lay out £1500 in rebuilding 2 Brick Messes instead of the 3 on the Northside
of Wapping Street and 2 & a Brow house on the Southside instead of the 3 and the
Brow house there and to Executes a Counter part of such Lease with such Covenants as
are usually Contained in Lease to your Tenemts in WappingAnd Praying the
Governors to grant him a Lease According to his said ProposalIt is Ordered
that the said petition be referred to the Comittee of this House to consider
thereof and to report their Opinion thereon to the Count
