Mr. Treasurer appointed this Court that complaint had been made to the Comee
of this House That John Illery< no role > one of the [..] that as a [..]
has for a long hour [..] had no more than two Apprentices at a time and these
he has employed only in p [..] money by which they [..] got them [..]
when their Apprenticeship is [..] Whereupon it is referred to the Committee
of this House to make p [..] into the said matter and to report to
this Court how they first the same with their Opinion what is proper to be
done in the Case both as to the Master [..] to the Apprentices
