more at his option giving 6 Months notice at the Rent of £36. P Ann payable
quarterly and to comence from next Michalemas day the Rent to be paid clear
of all Parliamentary and other Taxes and the Lease to contain such Covenants as
are usual in the Hospital Leases to their Tenants The Comittee are of opinion
to accept the said proposal But if the necessary House has damagd the Party Wall
it is to be made good at the charge of the Hospital upon which Mr. Skynner
gave five Shillings and six pence to the Poors Box All which nevertheless is
Submitted to the Judgment of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be
reported to the next CourtThis Court doth Confirm the said Report
and Order that a Lease be made to the said Mr. Skynner accordingly.

agreed with the Comittee of this Hospital for a Lease of two Houses in the Precinct
confined in the 2 Leases (No. 3) late Mathews & ( No. 4) late Appleton for 14
years to comence from the expiration of the said former Leases which will be
at Xmas 1732 at the Rent of £13. P Ann clear of Taxes and to pay a Fine of
£70.That the said Mrs. Gething paid the said £70. into the hands of
Mr. Treasurer & some short time after dyd before the said Leases were executed
having made her Will and thereof appointed the Petitioner Executor In Trust
to call & dispose of all her Goods & Chattles or such as he shall think fit and apply the
money in the best manner he can for the equal benefit of two of the Grand children of the
said Mrs. Gething mentioned in the said Will& praying that the said Lease may
be granted to the Petitioner In Trust for the uses mentioned in the Will of the said,
Mrs. GethingIt is Ordered that the Lease be made to the Petr. accordingly.

reporting to this Court that the Comittee of this House on the 21st. of July last
inspected the Bood kept of Apprentices behaviour and found no Complaint
