Ordered that the Comee of this house be desized to make
application in such manner as they think P per to the Mayor Aldermen
and Cittizens of London for the obtaining Some Ground in Moor
feilds for Enlargemt. of the hospital of Bethlem for the use of
Incurables

Armitthis Lease to he Seald.

Upon Reading a Report from the Comee of this house bearing
date the 26th. day of Aprill Last in the words following Vizt.
This Comee pursuant to an Order of Last Court viewed
the premisses ordered to be Leased to Mr. Armitt and inspected
the Ingressed Lease and the Order of Court by which the same
was granted and are of Opinion the same is drawn accordingly
and that he has performed his part of the Agreemt. in the
Erection's and Buildings he has made upon the said
premisses It is Ordered that a Lease be made to the said Mr
Armitt of the premisses mentioned in the order of this Court of
the 29th. day of July Last for 31 years to Comence from Midsumr.
Last at the yearly Rent of £30 for the first 7 years and the
yearly Rent of £60. for the Remainder
of the said Team of 31 years (which will expire at the Same
time with the Lease of the adjoyning ground) And it is further
Ordered that the said Lease be Sealed and delivered to the sd.
Mr Armitt on his Sealing a Counterpart thereof
