Elizabeth Payne< no role > being comitted to this hospital by Warrant
of the Rt. honble sr John Fryer< no role > knt . Lord Mayor for being a
Lewd disorderly woman and this Court being informed that She
is in a very bad Condition with the fowle disease It is Ordered
That ye said Elizabeth Payne< no role > be forthwith Sent to St Thomas's
hospital in Southwark for Cure And that one of the Beadles of
this hospital do wait upon the Treasurer of the said hospital
and acquaint him that it is the desire of this Court that she
may be admitted accordingly and that She may be Sent back
hither when She Shall be discharged from the said Hospital of St
Thomas
