forth that ye said Walter Bridall held several houses at Charing
Cross
under a Lease from ye Governours of Bethlem hospital
for
70 years from Midsumr 1649 at Ten Shillings P annum Rent
and that ye said Mr Bridall in his Marriage So settled ye
Said premisses that ye same descended and came to his four
Daughters Vizt

prmisses whereby a house in St Martins Lane
in the possion of

for her fourth part of ye said premisses dureing the Remainder
of ye Terme to come in ye said Lease what will expire at
Midsumr. 1719 and praying to have a new Lease of ye said
house for the Terme of Sixty one years to Comence from
Midsumr 1719. at the Rent of forty Shillings P Anum and to
rebuild ye said house It is Ordered that ye Consideration of
ye said Petition be Referred to ye Comee of this house who are
desired to Report to the Court what they think proper to be
done therein
