Upon Reading a Report from the Comee of this house under
the hands of John Tayler< no role > Esqr Trear Mr William Grubb< no role >
Lawrence Parker< no role > Esqr Mr Henry Marshall< no role > Mr. Thomas Preston< no role >
and Mr Nathanl. Turner< no role > bearing date the 31th. day of Octor. Last
us followeth vizt

In pursuance of an Order of Court of the 12th day of
this Insant Octor This Comee have examined the allegations
of the Petition of Robert Bowes< no role > Shoemaker one of the artsmar s
of this hospital praying that the Order of Court for expelling him
out of this hospital may be discharged and that he may be
restored to his place of artsmar . Andalso have Reviewed
their former Report of the 3d. day of Augt. Last concerning the sd.
Bowes and haveing fully considered the whole matter They are of
Opinion that the said Bowes ought to be expelled this hospital
And that none of the artsmar s. ought to Suffer their apprentices
to Lye out of the hospital without Leave of ye Court or Comee
which nevertheless is humbly Submitted to the Judgment of the
CourtThis Court doth Confirm the same & Order
That ye Clarke do deliver a Declaration in Ejectment against the
said Robert Bowes< no role > and turn him out of possion of his appartmt.

Ordered That none of the Artsmasters do Suffer any of
their apprentices to Lye out of the hospital upon any
pretence without the Leave of this Court or the Comee of
this house

be put apprentice in this hospital at the nomination of the
Governrs. here under menconed vizt
