1716 July 5th. The Comittee went to Tower Street and viewed
Mr Perryers Ground which contained from North to

South about the middle45 fot. 4 In
and from East to Weston the Southside28 fot. 8 In
from East to West on ye Northside ye front to Tower Street 28 fot 5 In

And a Line being Streived to the ends of the Wall between the hosplls.
and Mr. Perryers ground it Shewed a breake into the hospital
Ground about the middle of 7½ Inches

The hospitals ground whereon the four houses stood in Fouks
Court should according to the ground plott thereof Contain
from North to South on the West82 fot 3 Inches

& from North to South on ye East side being
the front of ye said houses to ye Court}
77 fot 9 In

Which being measured appeard to be
from North to South on the West side82 fot. 9 In

& from North to South on the East side
fronting ye Court}
76 fot.

It is Ordered That the further Consideration of the sd
Case be deferred till next Court
