The humble Memorial of the president Treasurer and Governors
of the Hospital of Bridewell London

And that the said Memorial be thus SubscribedBy Order of
the Court of Governor s. of the Hospitals of Bridewell & Bethlem
And that the same be Signed by the Clerks of these Hospitals
and laid before the Right Honorble the Lord Viscount Bolingbroke
her Majestyes principal Secretary of State
