and afterwards withdrew And then the Question being putt
that the sand Nathaniel Whittemore< no role > be elected an Artsmaster of
this Hospital it passed in the Affirmative And it is
Ordered That the said Nathaniel Whittemore< no role > be
admitted an Artsmaster of this Hospital upon his giveing
Security as usuall and that he have the said Greaves Appartmt
and the said Apprentices turned over to him

Esqr . for a Lycence to Assigne his Right and Tytle to Severall
houses and ground at Chawing Cross held under a Lease made
to his Father Hugh Hamersley< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Esqr . deced by the Governors. of
the Hospital of Bethlem London to Robert Gay< no role > Surgeon
and Jacob Tonson< no role > Junr . Bookseller in Trust for himselfe
for life then for the use of his younger Children if any and
for want of younger Children then for the use of his wife
for life and after her death for the use of his Exetrs & Admrs
for the Remainder of the Terme now to come in the sd. Lease

Itt is Ordered That the said Hugh Hamersley< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Esqr
have the Lycence of this Court to Assigne the same
accordingly Subject to and under the Coventt. & Agreements in
the said Lease contained on the Lessees part to be performed

of Rent ref to Comee}


Jacob Minder< no role > Tent. of a house in the Precinct
of this Hospital at the Yearly Rent of Thirteen pounds
being two years and one Quarter in Arrear for which
by Order of the Comittee of this house his Goods were under
a Distresse applyed himselfe to this Court alleadgeing that he
had been Tent. to this Hospital many years and had
allwayes paid his Rent well excepting the said Arrear
which was occasioned by Dullnesse of Trade and praying
this Court to give him time to pay the said Arrear and
promiseing to pay his Rent punctually for the future
Itt is Ordered That it be referred to the Comee of this
house to Consider of the matter and to give such Directions therein
as they shall thinke fitt
