The Clarke of these Hospital acquainted this Court that Mr Henry
Clarke
< no role > of Dalston in the County of Middlx gente deced by his Will
bearing date the 17th. day of April 1712 did (niter al) Give unto the
Governors of Bethlem Hospital London the Sume of One hundred
Pounds for the use and benefitt of the poor fo the said Hospital
and Constituted Hester his Wife Sole Execre thereof and that the had
their day Paid the said Legary

Mr Benj: Boultby< no role > Mr Wms Week< no role > & Mr Samll. Barmott< no role > were
Chosen Stewards for the next Election day of these Hospitals
who are desired to Provide a Dinner as their been Venne for
the Presidt dreasurer and Governors. to Dine together according
to antient Custome And in Case any of the said Stewards
Elected decline or refuse the Same the Clerke is to Supply
the Number of Course
