Also upon reading to this Court a Rept. Signed by John Lade< no role > and
John Roydhouse< no role > Esqr . two of the Govrs of these Hospitals bearing
date the 10th. day of Decembr. last past Which Rept. is in these
words fol Vizt Inpursuance of an Order made at a Court
holden at this Hospital the 27th. day of July last past Wee haveing
mett and Pused the Lease dat 31th. March 1671 whereby the Govrs.
of this Hospital Demised to Wm. Audley< no role > (amongst other things) a
peice of Ground at the East End of the Chappell of this Hospital
to be used as a Yard TobeHold from Midsumer 1670 for the
Terme of Sixty two yeares which will expire at Midsumer wch
will be in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred
thirty two at the yearly Rent of thirty four pounds one Shil.
and four pence Under which Lease Henry Wyatt< no role > Esqr . now
Clannes the same & Emisses And wee haveing Viewed the said
peice of Ground whereon a Shed and Stable is now and has
for severall years past been Erected and built For the prventing
all disputes that may happen touching the said building
Wee are of Opinion that Mr Wyatt Should Surrender the said
Lease and that the Governors of this Hospital should make
him a New Lease of all the same prmisses (Except the sd
peice of ground) for the Remainder of the said Terme of
Sixty two years which is yett unexpired at and under the
yearly Rent of thirty two pounds to Comence from Michas
last with the like Covent. as are Continued in the said Lease
to Audley which neverthelesse is Submitted to the Judgemt
of this CourtThis Court haveing daily weighed and
Considered the said Report doth Confirme the Same And
Order that upon Mr Wyatts Surrendring the said Old Lease
a New Lease be made to him accordingly.

doors to be there}


Ordered that it be Referred to the Comittee of this House to give
such directions as they thinke fitt for Encloseing the sd. Ground at the
East End of the Chappell & Stopping up the doores yt are made into it &
that no other Door be made towards the Ditch side.
