Daniel Nipp may have the Same repaireing it at his

Hospital This Court doth Confirme the same.

Comitted to this Hospital have made their Escapes from thence
Itt is Ordered That it be Referred to the Comittee of this house
to Examine into the Management of the Prisonrs and by
what meanes any of them have Escaped out of Custody And
to Report the matter to this Court wth. their Opinion how the
same may be prevented for the future.

Also upon reading the humble Petition of
Thomas Wallis< no role >
setting forth That he and his wife have been Tents. to this
Hospital of a house in the premict at £12 P Ann above
thirty years and paid their Rent well except for one yeare
and a quarter which he is now in Arreare That he is a Prisonr
in the Compter
for a Debt he stood engaged for and haveing no
intent to defraud this Hospital of this said Rent had not removed
his goods out of ye house but in regard they were of little Vallue but
might be of some service to him and his Circumstances being
deplorable he prayed ye Courts Considracon both as to his Rent & Goods.
