Alsoe upon reading a Report from the Comee of this House dated ye
18th. day of Janry last in these words This Comee went to view the House in
the Precinct late in the posscon of Joseph Dawson< no role > and being returned
John Glover< no role > of the Parish of St Bridgetts London Looking glass maker
was called in and after several proposals agreed to take a Lease of the said
House in the Condition it now is for the Terme of Seven years to Comence
from Lady Day next at the yearly rent f £13. wth. such usual Covents. as are
Contained in the Leases from the Governors of this Hospital to their
Tennts. Provided he be allowed 40s. out of the first Quarters rent towards
the repaires of the said House to wch. the Comittee consented whereupon
the said John Glover< no role > gave 5s. to the poors Cox. This Court doth Confirme
the said Agreemt. And it is ordered That a Lease be made accordingly to the

of Bethlem or his under tenmt. Mr Frost is in a great arrear of Ground rent
and yt he has used all fair means to gett ye same but to no purpose Ordered
That the Clerke do deliver Declaracons in Ejectmt. to the undertenmts. of the
said Mr Bates or Mr. Frost in order to recover posscon of the said Houses in
respect whereof the said ground rent is due and payable.
