Gett no account. Upon the whole it appeared to
this Comee that William Empson< no role > the Porter of
this hospital has been negligent in his Duty in
not takeing an account of the names of the psons
who were comitted Prisonrs: hither the before
menconed night of the Tumults and not being able
to give this Comee any account of the matter
And it further appeared to this Comee That the
Porter is very remiss in Several other parts of his duty
which they conceive to be very much to the hindrance
of the good Governmt. of this hospital

And It is Ordered that this matter as before sett
forth be reported to the next Court It is Order'd
that the sd Report be Entred in the Book of Orders
of this Court

Suspended.


Also this Court takeing into consideracon that
part of the said Report which relates to the
negligence of Wm. Empson< no role > the Porter of this Hospital
in the performance of the duty of his Office in several
instances and he being called in and heard what
he could say for himselfe and not giveing the Court
any Satisfaccon therein It is Ordered That
he be Suspended and he is hereby suspended
from his Office dureing the pleasure of this Court

Also It is Ordered That James Male< no role > Senr .
the Eldest Beadle of this hospital doe officiate
in the place of the Porter of this hospital untill
the further Order of this Court
