Also upon the humble Peticon of Benja Poole< no role > Tenant
of a great house in Holborne Settingforth That in the year 1683
he had bought the Remainder of a terme of the said house at the
rent of £20. P Annu whereon he had laid out above £1000. in
repairs and otherwise And that a fire had happened within
4 months after his purchase And burnt all downe and that
he had att his own charge rebuilt the same wch. cost him above
£1000 more And by bad Tenants repairs and taxes he had lost
above £3000 by the purchase That the prmisses being now empty &
very much shattered by the late storme It would cost above £50
to putt them into Tenantable repaire And praying a further terme
may be added to his Lease in being wherein there is but 3 years
and upwards to come Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court
That It be referred to Mr Trear Gardiner Sr Gabriell Roberts< no role > Mr
Sarjt Mundy Capt Phillips Mr Gyles Clark Mr Herriott Mr
Benlowes Mr Royd house Mr Pemble Mr Beeling and Mr
Shepherd Or any three of them to treat with the said Benja.

condicons as to them shall seeme meet And to make Report
thereof to this Court.
