wth houses upon an Even range And rebuilding other back houses &
Warehouses of the like value in the place and stead of the aforesd
back houses and Warehouses and Surrendering his Old lease of ye
Prmisses to be cancelled shall have a New Lease of the Prmisses
with an addicon of 19 yeares to his former terme as an Increase
thereof for his Encouragement to build the same well & substantially
with the like Covenants Condicons and Provisoes as were in his former
lease with a further Covenant not to Lett the Prmisses or any
part thereof to a Tallow Melter nor for a Read Stack or a Bavin
stack unless enclosed with Brickwalls on penalty of double his
rent yearly And if any difference shall arise betweene him and [..]
Other tenants, the same by his consent shall be determined by ye
Governors or any twelve of them whereof the Prsident or Trear
to be one And sealeing Counterparts of the sd leases wth bonds to
performe Covenants Wherewith he being made acquainted

Also to this Court came Mr Gregory Page< no role > one other of
this Hosplls Tenants att Wapping who had two houses fronting
the streete and 4 houses or shedds backwards burnt downe in ye
said Fire And upon the Report of the sd Comittee wch. was made of
the effect following vizt. That the same Prmisses have been twice
burnt downe That his Father paid £105 to the Hospitall for a former
lease That his Lease is dated the 20th of June 1675 from Ladyday
then last for 60 years at £3-10s:0d P Annm so there is 32 years
to come none of them Ensured or Leased And will cost a Comitte
building And the sd Mr Page haveing formerly declared to the sd
Comittee hee would Reserve himselfe to this Court for what man-
-agement they shall think fitt to give him to build the same prmisse
It is Ordered by this Court That he duely paying his rent
reserved for the Hospll. and well and substantially rebuilding the
prmisses within two yeares according to the second rate of building
Appointed by Act of Parliamt. for rebuilding the City of London as
to the two Front houses And rebuilding four other New houses or
Warehouses of like value in the place and stead of the aforesaid 4
small houses or warehouses and leaveing the streets and Lanes next
every new building twenty foot broad and upwards And fronted with
houses upon an Even rainge And Surrendering his Old Lease of ye
prmisses to be cancelled shall have a New lease of the prmisses with
an Addicon of 29 years to his former terme as an Increase thereof
