out of Bethlem:


Whereas by an Order of Sessions held for the county of
Midlx on Monday the 12th day of October last It was thereby
Ordered That Richard Tillear< no role > being convict of a trespass and
misdemeanor and Fined £10 for the same should be delivered to
his Father and Church wardens of the parish of St Brides London
In Order to be forthwith sent to the hospll of Bethlem And the sd
Richard Tillear< no role > being accordingly delivered to the Church wardens
of the sd parish Upon their applicacold to the Rt Worspll Sr Richd
Geffery
< no role > Knt Aldran of the City of London and President of the said
Hospll of Bethlem was received into the sd Hospll on the sea [..]
day of December last past where he hath been kept and provide
for with physick dyet and other necessarys to this day Now [..]
enquiry into the condicon and circumstances of the sd Richad Tillear< no role >
by the Comittee for the said Hospll and the Physitian thereof
they are of opinion, that the said Richard Tillear< no role > is no Lunatick
and therefore not fitt to be continued in the said Hospll and
the same being this day reported to this court It is thought fit
that the said Richard Tillear be discharged out of the sd Hospll
of Bethlem accordingly and delivered to the Church wardens of the
parish of St Brides or to his said father:

Gardiner Trear of these Hosplls That Eliza: Fishwater< no role > laid
a Lunatick in Bethlem deced had left severall peices of laid
linnen and some other things of small Value at her death an
Inventory whereof was this day produced and read to this Court
Whereupon It is Ordered that the same be distributed between
the Matron and Nurse of the said Hospll of Bethlem as the
Comittee for the sd Hospll shall direct
