Madam Baker to
have the £700 out of
the Chest Etc:


Also To this Court came Madm.Baker the widow P Admrx.
of Danll. Baker< no role > Esqr . late Trear of these Hosplls: and Signifyed her
willingnesse to deliver up the Keys of Chest at Bridewell Hospll
and all writings wch. She has in her Custody belonging to the
Sd Hosplls. to Mr. Trear Gardiner and alsoe to deliver a Copy of
her Book as is desired upon her Receiving the Sume of £700:
by her late Husband deposited in the sd Chest Whereupon His
Ordered by this Court That upon Madm: Bakers delivering the
Keys of the Chest and the money therein (wch: is to be told ever
by an Indifferent person together wth: all writings and other
things in her Custody belonging to the sd. Hosplls. to Mr. Trear
Gardiner he giving a Receipt for the same then Madm. Baker
shall have her £700: aforesd. out of the Chest And It is further
Ordered That Mr. Depty. Fazakerley Mr. Willis Mr. Forbes Mr.
Turvin and Mr. [..] Warburton be Added to the Audr. Genrall
and other Audrs. of the Accompts of these Hosplls: who are desired
to peruse and Settle the said Accompts wth: all Imaginable
Expedition And further That the Order made the last Court
pelating to the sd. Madm: Baker be Discharged.
