Also Upon the humble Petition of Walter Jefferys< no role > an the
behalfe of Richard Alkin< no role > of Utoxeter in the County of Shefford
So [..] boyler For some mitigacon of the weekly payment of
Five Shillings for the Keeping of Thomas Alkin< no role > his Brother in
the sd Hospll. where he has maintained him above Eight months
as also did above two yeares before that time to his very great
Impoverishment the sd. Richard Alkin< no role > haveing noe Effects of
his sd. Brothers in his hands and has a wife and Five Children
of his owne to provide for and nothing in the world to Assist
him towards the sd Charge save wt. he Earnes by his trade This Court
being satisfyed of the trueth of the matter of the sd. petition
It is Ordered That Security being given for the payment of
Two Shillings and Six pence a weeke for the keeping of the sd
Lunatick in the sd. Hospll. for the future That then the same
shall be Reced and the Bond for the payment of Five Shillings
a weeke shall be delivered up to be cancelled

who Served his Apprenticepp with Richd Reynolds< no role > weaver
late an Artsmar : of the Hospll. of Bridewell and since made a
Freeman of this Citty by the Approbacon of this Court To sett
up for himselfe in his Trade of a weaver at the House of Mr:
Copping in Lumley Court in the Strand and has 2 Loomes and
has the Character of a very honest man and one that minde
his Busiyness It is Ordered by this Court That Mr: Trear doe
Give and pay unto him Tenn pounds of the profitts of Mr:
Locks gift to be allowed Mr Trear in his next Accompt

That Robert Best< no role > who Served his Apprenticepp with John
Browne

and since made a Freeman of this Citty by the approbacon
of this Court is sett up for himself in his Trade of a Weaver
at the house of Mr. Cupps a Cooker shopp at the Flying horse
in Shoe Lane and hath one Loome of his owne and hath
the Report of being a Sober man and Dilligent in his buissyness
If is Ordered by this Court That Mr Trear doe give and pay
unto him Tenn pounds of the profitts of Mr Lotts gift to be
allowed Mr Trear in his next Accompt
