Also This Court taking into Consideracon the proposall
of William Burton< no role > Hempdresser late one of the Artsmars
of the sd. Hospll. For the taking a Lease of a Shedd in the
precinct of Bridewell wch. he has held of the sd. Hospll. for
some yeares at a rack rent and for the Building the
Same into warehouses and Lodgings over the same for
his Conveniency whereby the same way become a Ground
Rent And Mr. Trear & the rest of the Comittee above
named who had viewed the same giveing an Accompt
of the Condicon thereof This Court came to an Agreemt:
wth. the sd. Within Burton to grant him a Lease of the
sd. Shedd for One and Forty Yeares from Christmass next
at the Rent of Foure pounds P ann. He obliging himself
to lay out the Sume of Two hundred pounds in Building
the same as above To which Termes the sd William.

the Petrs. uncle who upon his owne request is to Leave
the sd. Hospll. at Xmass next And this Court receiveing
a good Account of the Fittness and ability of the sd. James
Waldoe for the sd. office from severall of the Governrs. here
present And also the sd. Willm Burton< no role > Recomending
him as a very Industrious Man and one that 's very
proper to supply his sd. place And he being now putt in
nominacon for the same If plainly appeared that the sd.
James Waldoe is duely Elected an Artsmar . of the sd. Hospll: in
the place of the sd. Willm Burton< no role > Whereupon His Ordered.
by this Court That the sd. James Waldoe be Admitted accordingly
during the pleasure of this Court on such Security and under
such Covenants as are usuall in life Cases.
