Instruemts: as he shall think proper or be advised to be Executed
by the sd. John Young< no role > others the Trustees conserned therein
whereby the same prmisses may be Reinvested in the said Hosptll.
see yt. the same may be lett or sold as hereafter shall be thought
proper for the benefitt of the sd. Hosptll. of Bridewell All which
Nevertheless the sd. Comittee did submitt to the Judgemt. of this Court
And this Court haveing maturely weighed & considered thereof
Doe Confirm the sd. Report And doe Order that the Clerks of these
Hosptl. doe prpare such Conveyance or Conveyances as is therein
menconed and gett the same Executed by the sd. Mr. Young And that
in pursueance of a former Order of Court for that purpose made
He doe as specdily as conveniently he can Collect and Receive
the Rents now due and in Arreare from the respective Tenmants
upon the sd. mortgaged prmisses. for the use of the sd. Hospll. of
Bridewells

was Admitted a Govrnr . of these Hosplls:.

A Staffe to Ld. Dorsett


Also This Court being accquainted by Mr Boulsworth (one of
the Governrs. of these Hosplls) That the Right honoble: the Earle
of Dorsett is willing to Accept of a Staffe in order to his being a
Governr . of these Hosptls. Itt is Ordered by this Court That a
Staffe be sent to his Lordspp for that purpose And That Mr.:
Trear Mr. Justice Tully Mr. Boulsworth Mr Bull and the
Clerke of these Hosplls. doe attend his Lordspp his there wth. &
desire hid Acceptance thereof accordingly.
